Artus Quellinus III, connu en Angleterre comme Arnold Quellin, né en 1653 et décédé en 1686, fils d'Artus Quellin II[1],[2],[3],[4],[5],[6], est un sculpteur flamand qui fut actif à Londres[7].

Il se forma vraisemblablement auprès de son père.
Il avait épousé France Siberechts une fille du peintre anversois Jan Siberechts qui décida de s'expatrier à Londres pour y rejoindre la colonie d'artistes flamands qui y étaient nombreux.
C'est cela sans doute qui poussa son gendre à le rejoindre également en Angleterre.
On le voit en 1679 travailler dans l'atelier de Hugh May (en).
En 1680 il rejoint l'atelier de Grinling Gibbons avec qui ont collaboré également ses compatriotes Antoon Verhuke, John Nost, Pierre Van Dievoet et Laurent Vander Meulen[8].
Arnold Quellin collabora avec Grinling Gibbons pour l'autel de la chapelle catholique au palais de Whitehall (1685-1686).

Artus Quellinus III, known in England as Arnold Quellin[1][2] (1653 – December 1686) was a Flemish sculptor who after training in Antwerp was mainly active in London. Here he worked in partnership with the English sculptor Grinling Gibbons on some commissions. Some of the works created during their partnership cannot with certainty be attributed to Quellinus or Gibbons.[3] The drop in quality of the large-scale figurative works in the workshop of Gibbons following the early death of Quellinus has been seen as evidence of this.- [fr] Arnold Quellin
