The MOA holds temporary indoor exhibits, special events, and collaborative performances designed to exemplify its commitment to visual and performing arts as a crucial part of community life.[1]

Museum of Outdoor Arts owns Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre and currently leases the space to Anschutz Entertainment Group after its contract expired with LiveNation in 2013.[2]

The museum's collections include a limestone Medici lion sculpture.[3]
