A bronze statue of Lázaro Cárdenas is installed in Puerto Vallarta's Lázaro Cárdenas Park, in the Mexican state of Jalisco. It was created by a group of students from the University of Michoacán[1] and it was unveiled in 1970.[2] As part of a municipal rehabilitation program, the statue was restored in 2020 and authorities decided to rotate it 180°.[3]

La Escultura a Lázaro Cárdenas es una estatua de bronce situada en el Parque Lázaro Cárdenas de Puerto Vallarta, en el estado mexicano de Jalisco. Fue creado por un grupo de estudiantes de la Universidad de Michoacán [1] y fue inaugurada en 1970.[2] Como parte de un programa de rehabilitación municipal, la estatua fue restaurada en 2020 y las autoridades decidieron rotarla 180º.
