Holbeinpferd es el nombre coloquial de la escultura de un caballo (en alemán: Pferd) en el barrio Wiehre de Friburgo de Brisgovia en Baden-Wurtemberg, Alemania. La escultura de hormigón de un potro fue creada en 1936 por el escultor Werner Gürtner.[1] Es 1,90 m de largo y alto y pesa casi una tonelada. Lo que la hizo conocida es el hecho de que desde alrededor de 1980 es pintada a menudo por la noche.[2]

Holbeinpferd oder Holbeinpferdle („Pferdchen“, Pferd mit der alemannischen Diminutiv-Endung -le) ist die umgangssprachliche Bezeichnung einer Pferdeplastik in Freiburg im Breisgau im Stadtteil Wiehre, die durch zahlreiche anonyme Umgestaltungen gewisse Bekanntheit erreicht hat. Der Name der Skulptur ist "Stehendes Fohlen aus Betonguss".[1]

Holbeinpferd is the colloquial name of the sculpture of a horse (in German: Pferd) in the suburb Wiehre in Freiburg im Breisgau in Baden-Württemberg, Germany which is standing at the corner of Günterstal and Holbein streets. The concrete sculpture of a foal was created in 1936 by the sculptor Werner Gürtner.[1] It is 1.90 m both long and high and weighs nearly 1 tonne.[2]
