The museum opened in 1986.[2] After a redevelopment in 2006 the museum was renamed and re-opened on April 12, 2007, under its current name.[3] It shows mainly traveling exhibitions.[4]

La galerie d'Art contemporain Mohamed-Drissi, anciennement le musée d'Art contemporain, est un musée à Tanger, au Maroc, situé dans le bâtiment de l'ancien consulat britannique, près de l'église Saint-André[1].
