Victory Boogie-Woogie es la última e inacabada obra del pintor abstracto neerlandés Piet Mondrian. Quedó incompleta en 1944, por el fallecimiento del artista. Desde 1998 ha sido parte de la colección del Museo Municipal de La Haya.[1] Fue adquirida por 80 millones de florines neerlandeses al coleccionista estadounidense Samuel Irving Newhouse, quién la había comprado a Emily y Burton Tremaine por 12 millones de dólares estadounidenses a mediados la década de 1980. La Stichting Nationaal Fonds Kunstbezit (Fundación de Arte Nacional) pudo adquirirla gracias a un regalo del Banco de los Países Bajos, en conmemoración a la entrada los Países Bajos en el euro. Esta cantidad del dinero levantó polémica en la Cámara de Representantes de los Países Bajos.

Victory Boogie Woogie is the last, unfinished work of the Dutch abstract painter Piet Mondrian. Left incomplete in 1944, since 1998 it has been in the collection of the Kunstmuseum in The Hague.[1] It was purchased at a cost of 80 million Dutch guilders (approximately 35 million euros, US$40 million) from the American collector Samuel Irving Newhouse, who purchased the work from Emily and Burton Tremaine for US$12 million in the mid 1980s. It was bought in 1997 by the Stichting Nationaal Fonds Kunstbezit (National Art Foundation) through a gift from the Dutch Central Bank, commemorating the introduction of the euro. At the time the most expensive purchase ever by a Dutch museum.
